The Arcapita Bank Headquarters in Manama, Bahrain is dramatically staged in an area covering 18, 000 square meters.
The premium office space, to be completed in 2009, will cost around US $266 million and will include 7 basement parking levels and 7 additional floors, conference facilities, an auditorium, restaurant, and an advanced security systems.
The architectural firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill’s goal is to provide “significant architectural presence that has an immediate impact and creates positive and exciting associations for Arcapita Bank.”
