Kyotofu, the dessert and bakery restaurant in New York city’s Hell’s Kitchen, has released a new soymilk soft ice cream that is low in fat and calories. Each week is a different flavor.

Among its varied flavors they offer white sesame, vanilla bean, roasted green tea, black sesame, miso, chocolate-black soybean, and kinako. The ice creams are all-natural, dairy-free, vegan, and kosher!

The dessert restaurant is on the New York Times Critic’s Pick and in 2007 New York Magazine awarded it the title of “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Cupcake,” challenging the long established Magnolia Bakery, on Bleecker Street.
