Since she became CFO in 2000, Mrs. Nooyi, who is no shrinking violin in 2008, has help raised the company’s annual revenue by 72 percent while doubling net profit, Some of her biggest achievements have been her role as the leading negotiator for Pepsi’s $13.8 billion purchase of Quaker Oats and the acquisition of Tropicana.
